an honest, spiritual seeker and music is my essence. I love my family &
friends, my Goldendoodle Scully, writing (I'm a published poet, book/CD
reviewer and blogger), photography, the Arts, animals, Nature, travel,
all things Irish/Celtic, spirituality, Medieval history, Pre-Raphaelite
painters, dinner parties, stimulating conversation with people who want
to help change the world through the power of positive karma, Irish pubs,
swimming, sailing and motorcycles among other things.

Love Promo is an internet promotion and social media marketing
business promoting first class authors and musicians. Additionally,
I help people to create blogs, websites and do transcription, proofreading
and editing.
I also write concert
and CD reviews for PartyinKingston.com, TimeFinders Online Magazine, and
Press #1 Entertainment.
