PysiediuS
started the evening out, a great metal band from our nations capitol. About
a minute or so into their first song, these crazy buggers blew a fuse,
or something. They did not let this setback stop them tho. While the power
was out their drummer Alex Lysko entertained the crowd with a drum solo,
a good drum solo. One of the things i liked most about PysiediuS was their
guitar solos, mad classical influence, mad tapping, and tremendous speed
that still has my neck cramping and ears ringing.
Next
to hit the stage was local band Last Limit Freedom, supporting their JUST
released self titled EP. Great set, the band was great with the crowd,
their vocalist made sure everyone was up at the front and havin a good
time. Tight set, tight band. And I'm looking forward to listening and reviewing
their new EP.
Last
to hit the stage was local death metal saviors Rozea Haven. Melodic and
brutal at the same time is a hard thing to do, and its even harder to do
it well, all through their set, hair was flying everywhere, and even a
few lighters floated in the air. a few small mosh pits got goin, but nothin
too big. Great set, they even got the crowd chanting along "F#%& Freebird."
Overall
it was a great show, great sound, it was a shame that there wasnt more
people there.
